中國(guó)石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)道瓊斯倫敦9月13日消息，英國(guó)石油公司BP周四表示，公司已經(jīng)同意將其在挪威海Draugen油田所持有的18.36%的非作業(yè)股權(quán)以2.4億美元現(xiàn)金的價(jià)格出售給同伴殼牌挪威公司。
該交易是BP對(duì)北海業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行重組的一部分，BP重組的目的是將投資集中在具有長(zhǎng)期增長(zhǎng)潛力的高價(jià)值資產(chǎn)，同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)非核心資產(chǎn)的價(jià)值。

LONDON--BP PLC (BP.LN) said Thursday that it has agreed to sell its 18.36% non-operated interest in the Draugen field in the Norwegian Sea to fellow oil group Royal Dutch Shell PLC's (RDSA.LN) AS Norske Shell for 240 million dollars in cash.
